Disgusted/ appalling response no work done at all

So I guess Absa thinks we are all stupid or uneducated that they can just b***** us and get away with it. One thing they are doing on hello Peter they do respond to enquiry but lazy to investigate or incapable of investigate the actual enquiry and they call you once after that the case is concluded and closed. Looking at all the complaints in this website there is no resolution. Hello Peter drastic action needs to taken against this bank, it cannot continue operating still our money. Our money it's not safe at absa. My complain still not resolved that was logged on the 15th according to them is closed. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH ABSA. On the other note they should be ready to pay my money with interest for this inconvenience that they have caused me.
