Disgusted

I'm speechless in expressing how disappointed and disgusted I am with Absa's refusal to reverse the payment of R3500 that I erroneously made from my credit card. A lazy and chicky girl that I spoke to showed no hope of assisting, instead it was as if I'm speaking to somebody that is fast asleep
