Disgusted

On 27/07/18 I received a call from a person who said he is from Absa he gave me my credit card no. my name and aprox how long I am with Absa and because I am asenior citicen he will send me six numbers. After I con firmed the numbers and finished talking I checked my acc. And found R6000 missing. I immediately phoned the ***** line and they gave me a case no. Next I had a call from Absa that they will not re_emburse me. So I made a case at the ombudsman, case no ***. After months the ombudsman sent me an e-mail that the bank is not in the wrong but I am. So I phoned the bank hotline, they said that the ombudsman was highest auth. and they cant help me. My card was at all times in my posession and this ***** could only obtained my details with inside help. I am asking all who deals with this bank how safe is your money? I hope you still sleep well. I will get away from them asap. Disgusted
