It has been over a month since I complained on the case referred to above.
ABSA has done absolutely nothing from their side to solve the issue.
All I got was lame excuses and false promises.
I even offered ABSA a settlement amount to close the bond, they cant even get that right.
ABSA has attempted to rather close the case and ignore the matter, hoping that the problem will go away.
Useless is the least I can say.
Don't try to cover up your tracks ABSA, it's already been exposed.
