Disgruntled customer. Sort this out!!!

Due to pure negligence from Absa,I am now black listed by the Credit Bureau.Absa initially debited my vehicle finace including their own insurance,as assumed I did not have my own insurance.Once proof was sent, they credited my account and said the installment for that month would be taken out on the 27.05.2016, on that date, Komotso, who handles my account, debited R23 000.00 from my account, 10 x more than my normal installment.that weekend nothing was done, until I reversed the money back into my account. a few days later, Absa credited my account with the sameamount at is stage I am 2 months in arraers.noone from Absa contacted me to advise me of the status of my account. when I called on the 06.06.2016, they advised my account was 10 months in arraers,as theamount of R23000.00 was still in my account, I requested for this to be debited immediately to bring my account up todate, that was done and bounced back into my account twice. on the final straw, I spoke to Gerhard Uys, who advised me to rather do an EFT, the same was done and POP sent to him on the 15.06.2016. I then spoke to someone in the accounts department on 20.06.2016 , she advised my account was up to date,I advised her to please send a letter to the credit buraeu to revoke the bad listing as this was Absa's fault, acknowleding the same, she agreed to proceed, upon follow uptodayas per Marko at the callcentre, no letter was sent to the credit Bureau. I cannot fathom how this situation was left to root to this level.Absa made no effort to contact me advising me of the problem, all efforts to call and email was made by me, and to date this has not been settled yet.
