Disgracefull ABSA - how can you...

Bank sends me a notification for pay for a "will" fee. They obtained the will from one of the 4 banks in the 80s (Saambou, Trust Bank, etc). Saya the will was made out in 1982. This is almost 40 years ago. Do they really think that there is no newer will that would have replaced that one. This post must be really embarrasing for ABSA as it is an indication as to how desperate they are for sucking money like leeches off the man in the street. Ref *** - Olivia is the reference. ABSA you should be ashamed of yourself. Your team teamleaders in your call centre do not even know when their company was established. It was 1991 and you are trying to make money off something on your system from 1982. What a disgrace. Well I dare you to take the fee from me.
