DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM ABSA

I have never had such disgusting service from a bank ever!. I went to ABSA in Greenstone, Johannesburg yesterday. There was ONE teller dispensing cash; with a queue of 20 people in the row. And the teller kept disappearing while she was serving a customer. I asked 3 people to call the manager. To no avail. I sat in that queue for and hour and a half. The staff I did speak to would do nothing about it or escalate the problem. This is a week before Xmas and it is unacceptable to have no staff to meet the demand. An absolute DISGRACE!
