Disgraceful Service delivery
It is with great sadness to note the disappointing customer service that Absa Polokwane & Seshego has given my 83 year old grandmother. With my experience in customer service and how as consultants we always need to always prioritize on customer satisfaction it’s very sad that my grandmother was rejected service in 2 separate occasions when her queries were not even that complicated. All she wanted from Absa Seshego branch she made an enquiry about her savings account and wanted to find out what was her available balance and her interest on the account, instead of the consultant to explain she was told to go to the main branch in Polokwane which the consultant in Seshego didn’t have the patience to do for her. How disgraceful!. Today she went to Absa Polokwane branch in town requesting for information about her main account and the balance, she was told that the person that deals with such a query isn’t at work and she needs to come back Monday. What is disappointing is that they didn’t even print out a statement for her and try to explain to her what could be the issue. @ Absa is this how you treat your pensioners, what’s worse is that she has to walk with a cane because her leg is always in pain from all the walking but instead of identifying her disability and prioritizing on quality service delivery to make sure she rarely visits the branch is the more times ABSA wants to see her by giving her bad service. She always complains that Absa Landros Mare street which is the Polokwane branch always employees new and untrained people who rarely know their jobs, how can ABSA Landros Marelet their new employees work unsupervised? This is just bad even for a big 5 bank.
