Disgraceful Service at Absa Bank Brooklyn Mall

I have to say that ABSA Brooklyn Mall Branch in Pretoria have take awful Customer Service to an all time low. Our Tennis Club's account was locked due to FICA, when our Business Banker at the Brooklyn Mall Branch failed to send in all of our documents to the necessary folks. WE instructed them to close all of our accounts and transfer our money, and after at least 5 emails, 2 visits to the bank, nothing has been done. I can honestly tell you if you are thinking of banking with Absa, DON'T DO IT. If there is a superlative for absolutely useless, they would certainly deserve to be called it. Absolutely Appalling. How these people ahve and keep jobs, is beyond me
