Disgraceful

Absa credit card division is a disaster. The Private bank unit has tried to assist. After being hospitalized and having issues at work, I informed the bank via my private banker of the challengers I am facing. The is documentary proof. The Credit card division was asked to provide on paper the payment plan that was placed before me. Up to today no such payment plan was afforded to me and they decided to just run to legal after the client made an effort to resolve the issue. The consultant who called was rude and abrupt and spoke to me with no respect and now I am harassed by attorneys after I made an effort with the bank, Why are consumers punished for wanting to pay and save their credit. This is reckless and against the provisions of the credit act. Disgusting treatment of a client.
