DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful!! Patrick at ABSA Boksburg - how can it take one month to process FICA when we as a Body Corporate have followed through with all the necessary steps??? But still find ourselves holding on for hours on the line just to find out you haven't lifted FICA restrictions as PROMISED whereby at the time it was an urgent matter. It's absolutely BEYOND ME!
