Disgrace to be south african ban**** No help, care or sympathy for customers during covid19

If could have given zero stars this bank would of definitely received zero stars. Most unhelpful, greedy bank in the country without care for its customers. During covid19 people are been forced by absa to choose between buying food or paying bond to have roof over there head. With yhe way this bank working going be thousands of hokes been repossessed cause no assistance or help during this period. All social media platforms gives save automated response, that assessing the implications of covid19 whereas other banks straight out show care and sympathy for its customers. I have a reference number C-***8 an was told friday by someone will get response in 4 hours yet still nothing. This company is a joke an would never ever bank again, now looking at other banks to swop over my bond just to never having to deal with absa gain!!!!!
