Disgrace !!!! bank charges !!!

Had my debit card for almost 8-10 years, it came to its final usage! Back Strip doesn't work anymore.went to absa branch in Uitenhage and changed my debit card.to my surprise they charge me R80 rand to replace the +/-10 year old card. How do you justify that?????. absa i am very disappointed.absa is like the goverment and eskom....they just there to take your money. I will have to go search for a better bank immediately....everyone is complaining about absa's poor service and way to high bank charges....Good bye ABSA...pity was with them for so long...I think Capitec bank sounds good....less complaints...
