Disgrace and disservice from ABSA bank insurance

<p>ABSA Bank is refusing to cancell the insurance I have with them. I got a lesser premium insuarnce but they say they cannot cancel because of their vetting, something which I do not know what it is. I have aright to cancel an insurance and move to another one. i do not understand why they are frustrating me and holding me at ransom.</p> <p>the service I get from their call center also is terrible. I have sercured a new insurance now but I cannot activate it.</p>
