Discussing service from ABSA Bank

I have a home loan and cheque account with ABSA Bank. We are going through financial difficulties at the moment and the support (or lack of it) is non existent with ABSA. I am in the process of selling my place due to no work and funds coming in. I get calls from ABSA a few times a day regarding my home loans and cheque account being over. Why do ABSA charge so much if you have no funds in your account for a debit order? I am being charged +- R1000 per month on my cheque account due to this. It is like they overcharging me for being in debt with them. How are people suppose to get on their feet with banks like ABSA? Things will come right and when they do I am going to cancel all dealings with ABSA.

Yo what a terrible response from ABSA. You guys know how to make money off people that don’t have any money. Things will come right for me and when it does I will make sure that I cancel my ABSA account and look for another banking solution. I have been dealing with you guys for decades now and this is really not on.
