Disaster to disaster

So I must start by saying I was with absa since 16 and this is not the first time but definitely the last. I had my account blocked before incorrectly due to Rica but the last straw was a few weeks ago when I popped into bank over a damaged note. The lady said you dont have absa rewards! I was so upset - yes I do as I did it when got 1st credit card. She rep**** no not activated. When I had a smash and grab I decided to not replace my cards. I went to cancel my bank accounts. I was unable to do it as the mall@reds phonelines were spolen so branch was closed. I tried but lifestyle queue was over 30 long. I went next Saturday and cancelled cheque but was unable to do credit and said I must use red phone and now owed R28. I didnt want to wait for other lady on call so I took number home.I called and they said they cant help me as my cellphone number isnt on the system! I said they must go jump and not going back. They promised to call me. I explained email is better as mu job is travelling and scared miss the call. I still got a statement and I emailed to say my card is lost, im not replacing it as I told them on the phone and she rep**** another email address. Now 3 weeks later I got this sms today

What the hell!!! Absa get your stuff sorted. 1. I did not ever request a new card 2. I will sue you if you keep my account open as calls are recorded. 3. I have an email address
