Disappointment R50000 ****** from home loan

I entrusted Absa with my money and much to my disappointment R50 000 was ****** from my home loan account, on the 20 Sep '15, through internet *****. After various engagements with Absa and an alleged investigation, I received a Repudiation Letter on the 29 Sep '15, stipulating that they (Absa) are not liable for this loss of funds.
The repudiation is based on their opinion that I had to have been reckless or careless with my internet passwords. As a person with a high degree of technology use and experience I believe that I am absolutely diligent in this regard. Apparently, I can only hold them liable if I can proof negligence on their part. Approximately 120 other Absa clients were also victims of the same ********** behaviour (internet ***** and SIM swaps) at the same time. Surly Absa cannot claim that ?120 of their clients was reckless with their passwords in the same time?
I have challenged Absa to proof that I was reckless with my password but they state that liability is on me.
Absa does not care about their client but act purely in self-interest and therefore leave me no option as to move my accounts to another bank - as will my family and friends.
