Disappointment

Poor performance, by opening late and only 1 consultant at the information desk to assist enquiries. While the second consultant sit at the desk staring not call customers to assist. It is month end and there is not enough staff to assist. What a disappointment. Perform just like the state entities a lack of pride to perform there duties to customers.
