Disappointing service from absa

Kindly assist, ABSA bank credict card related devision has just decided to increase the credict card limit without any form of authorisation or permission to do so. There was never any form of communication approval or agreement for this, and to my suprise, my credict account has already a new/ increased spending limit amount as provided without my authorisation even via online debicheck mandate.
