Disappointing Service Experience with Absa bussines Bank

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Absa Bank, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The purpose of my review is to express my dissatisfaction with their services, particularly in regard to international money transfers. Regrettably, this has left me wishing I hadn't switched to this bank in the first place.

I had a pressing need to transfer money internationally, and I turned to Absa Bank to fulfill this requirement. To my surprise, I encountered numerous obstacles and roadblocks throughout the entire process. The lack of assistance and guidance from the bank's staff was highly disappointing. Their customer service was inefficient and unresponsive, failing to address my concerns promptly or effectively.

One of the major issues I faced was the complexity and confusion surrounding the international money transfer procedure. Absa Bank did not provide clear and concise instructions on how to complete the transaction, which only added to my frustration. I expected a more streamlined and user-friendly system, considering the prevalence of international transactions in today's globalized world. my banker do not want to meet me or move me to the next person
