Disappointing service at branch and facilities that dont work

Absa bank in Steve Biko Road in Gezina is an absolute let down.The ATM's are always out of order.The tellers are swamped with clients due to clients being unable to deposit money outside because of ATMs that never work.Money is never enough when one needs to withdraw.

I understand that we are amisdt the COVID-19 pandemic but service should be up a notch not so low as the white line on the road.

Lebo Mokase is the ONLY professional there who is polite and keeps people informed.The rest of the staff there work as though they are forced to be there.They are rude and unapproachable.Not kind at all.

Beauty who works at the enquiry desk is also very efficient and friendly but those two personnel are the only two people who seen to like what they do and are good at it.

Please train your staff to be more productive and professional.Lebo and Beauty can conduct the training.
