Disappointing Service

I app**** for a bond through Absa, it was approved in April 2021 and I took out their home owners insurance. In December the house started leaking each time it rained, I lodged a claim and I was told that there were cracks on the roof and it is not part of their cover. It was not I took out an insurance which covers the structure of the house. Roof is also part of the structure and I'm told my claim is not valid. I'm very disappointed.
