Disappointing Deceased department

Retail Deceased Estates Debits, I am a buyer of a late Estate, I have been waiting for over 2 years for the house to be transferred, now the hold up is in this department for 2 month we are waiting for Acknowledgement of debt for the deceased, the numbers are not picked up when we try to follow up on the progress, not even the supervisor takes calls, this is so disappointing.
