Disappointing ABSA Stockbrokers

ABSA Stocbrokers is a complete nightmare. I called on 21 May 2021 spoke to Jayde Van Der Haer for forms to be able to trade BEE shares for SAB, as my accounts says I am not authorised to trade BEE shares, she gave me forms for SASOL and I certified and forwarded back with my certified ID copy same day. No one responded and the account was not enabled. I called many times thereafter and sent several emails even asking them to trade on my behalf on Friday when Zenzele Kabili was launched, nothing. The phone is not answered the whole day. Only today they send me an email to ask me to complete new forms. Now the share price is selling over 3 times from what it was when I sent my instruction on Friday, which is still note done, and I am still unable to trade. If they cant trade for me at Friday's price at the time of my email, this will need some investigation. Will keep posted.
