Disappointing

My Name is T Chinsamy.banking with absa over year now moved my salary account to absa .was advised to have a good credit profile u have to open up accounts make payments on time which I am doing. App**** for a absa credit card got approved months back paying installments. Today I apply for vehicle finance being told declines due to low credit score that's pathetic do understand there's terms and conditions all accounts were paid up.to date not in arrears and in order to build a profile u have to open accounts and pay regularly. Here jus says credit score is low how does one build a certain credit score when everything is.paid on time
