Disappointing

After 25 Years of being with ABSA, the service is non existed. I would like to thank ABSA Bank for the remarkable service they have rendered to me. NO SERVICE - After 6 - 7 emails to various email accounts at ABSA, no response. Natasha Groenewald responded once informing me that someone will be in contact with me. Nobody ever made contact with me.

Maybe it is now time to move to another institution that values their clients and has time to communicate with then. Thank you ABSA.

Who is currently the best out there? FNB?
