Disappointed with No Refund from the Homeloans department

I am very Disappointed with Absa Home loans The Bond has been settled in March 2021 we are now in September.I have been sending refund forms and no one has been getting back to me I am a widow with 2 kids without a father needing the estate to be winded up now Absa has failed me big time because that refund was gonna pay the Lawyers but just someone there at Absa is just delaying the Process I would like to be provided with Feedback as I can no longer call Absa to follow up.I am sure now as I am typing the message my refund is now sitting at R0 due to the refund being taken by interest..I am really disappointed in how I have been treated in this unforeseen circumstances I am in ..Absa has really failed me Big time you guys allocated Nam ford Attorneys for the Bond cancellation but they cannot even give me proper feedback regarding the refund it has been 5 months and every week they keep on telling me Absa advised that they will do refund during the week but nothing.
