Disappointed with ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE!

ABSA FINANCE, Disappointed with ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE! I apply for 3 month assistance and relief back in April and last month in June they took their money what I didn't plan for but I over came it. So I went to the bank and asked them what's going on. They indicated I requested if and when I ask for prove they couldn't give me anything of that. I Honestly was disappointed. But the call sell agent indicated to me that in July and August I won't make payments like agreed but today I got my debit order that went off. Unplanned and unfortunately I occered bank charges again from my bank because I moved the money.. Since the pandemic I could handle things but with this unplanned debit it's coursing problem for me and my family. Yes the service is a good idea but with system errors and people who lie I don't know how one can trust a bank with once money!! ABSA don't care
