Disappointed with Absa's greed

<p>I contacted Absa Home Loans division to get a settlement amount on my bond. The amount was still quite high as if have not been paying towards it monthly. What disappointed me more was their inflexibility to negotiate for a settlement amount on the bond - even with the lump sum settlement amount that I will be making. How disappointing Absa. If this is how you treat your customers, I will not be utilising your services anymore.</p>
