Disappointed with absa personal loans department

This is the second month that I have been paying extra on my personal loan account and requested absa to capitalise the amount and reduce the term. They don't seem to be interested they promise to call me buy don't call. I have been a client of absa for years this is so disappointing and very poor of them.
