Disappointed with absa

Worst bank ever. I have been with absa for over 15 years. My accounts were always up to date. Started having problems with my tenants. My rent was not up to date with them. When I app**** for this loan I used that as part of my income which reflected on my bank statement every month. I don't have tenants and it's a loss of income for me at the moment. I have made payment arrangements with absa. I admit I fell short of my payment arrangement again. They have handed me to mbd collections. I had explained to the guy Gladwin that I am not running away from my payments it just that thry need to restructure my account so I could make an affordable payment every month. I have already paid over 70 000 which is about +_ 15 payments. I called mbd to find out what's happening and the same guy said it will take 31 days. 31 days are not over I'm still waiting for a call and today I get a call from some paralegal company saying I have been handed over to them. I did not say I am not going to pay my loan I have asked for a restructure on my loan which I could make an affordable payment each month. After my accounts are paid I am moving all my accounts to another bank. I have also asked absa on previous occasions for a reasonable interest rate which can help me. I also have a personal loan with nedbank which I have taken after absa but their rates are way cheaper. I have my car, credit card, cheque account where my salary is paid plus over draft with absa. Absa does not know how to treat their clients. I will soon be moving my accounts
