Disappointed much

Our company underwent a retrenchment and I was affected. I was offered another position which is a lower position. I signed off on my new work letter last week and called in to your Collections Department to arrange a new payment plan on my personal loan. I was advised that my request were noted and a consultant will be calling me back. To date, no-one bothered to call me back and I cannot afford the installment on my personal loan with the new package offered by my employer.
