disappointed loyal customer

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding unauthorized transactions that have occurred on my ABSA account. A total of R11,000 has been withdrawn from my account through several transactions executed via cell phone banking. First and foremost, I would like to clarify that I do not have the ABSA mobile banking application installed on my phone, nor am I registered for such a service. Consequently, I find it deeply concerning that transactions have been carried out using mobile banking without my knowledge or consent. This issue dates back to 2022, and since discovering these unauthorized transactions, I have taken several steps to rectify the situation. I have lodged a formal complaint with ABSA ***** Department and have also filed a case with the South African Police Service (SAPS) in Atteridgeville. Despite my efforts, I have encountered significant challenges in resolving this matter. Despite assurances from ABSA that they would investigate and provide a resolution, I have not received any tangible progress. Promises of call-backs and follow-ups have yielded no results, leaving me frustrated and financially compromised. I have diligently followed up with both ABSA and SAPS, yet the issue remains unresolved. It is important to note that as a pensioner, every cent matters to me, and the loss of R11,000 has had a significant impact on my financial well-being. The unauthorized transactions include the purchase of prepaid electricity, among others, further complicating the matter. I have provided ABSA, SAPS, and the Ombudsman with all necessary details pertaining to these transactions, yet the resolution seems elusive. I urge Hello Peter Complaints Team to intervene in this matter and facilitate a swift and satisfactory resolution. My primary objective is to recover the funds that have been wrongfully taken from my account and to hold those responsible accountable for their actions. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a favorable resolution

Good day Godfrey
Did you even understand the query here?
Mrs Matjeni has no smart phone,
You are not addressing the issue we raised here. This is what is frustrating.
You have missed what we raised.
If you paid attention to her query you would have checked where the electricity and air time brought were for who.
She has affidavit she has been to the police station.
You are not willing to assist.

worse is that Mr Ndou insists that is resolved however they say the matter is closed, did not even look into what the issue is.
