DISAPPOINTED IN ABSA SERVICE

we have had such a terrible experience with Absa. My husband is under debt review. Absa was informed to cancel debit order and it still went off. He has been trying to call them since yesterday with no luck. The only thing we know is that they must do a journal to refund the money.I mean how long can that take..really disappointed in ABSA.
