Disappointed in ABSA Deceased Estates Administrators

I am extremely disappointed with ABSA deceased estates department. My father passed away and ABSA is supposed to be handling his estate. The lady contacted my mother to introduce herself and then sent her an email with the information about the estate. My mom was in mourning and not in the right frame of mind to deal with the estate right away, however the administrator never contacted my mother again. When my mom inquired about the progress of the estate she was told that they sent notice to master of court to remove themselves as administrators as my mom did not contact them back sooner. How can ABSA just take themselves off when the administrator did not do her job by following up. How is a person who has just lost their loved one supposed to deal with something like that immediately and the company entrusted to handle the estate has no compassion.
