Disappointed in ABSA

I made an arrangement with ABSA vehicle finance on Saturday 30th to pay an outstanding arrears amount of R1300. They then proceeded to debit my account with my monthly installment of R6700 when I have already paid R8700 on May 25th. This means I have paid double for June plus the arrears amount.
