Disappointed in absa

I settled Absa's loan account and after they debited amount R1771. I contacted them for refund, it has been back and forth saying they will contact after days. I did get an email confirming that they will refund but then whein I follow up today (03-02-2026) the response was "We refer to your complaint with reference number C-***1. I am currently investigating your complaint and will contact you on or before the 2026/02/05 2:00 AM with further feedback"

Isi this still supposed to be in investigation ??I just need my money, thats all.
