disappointed

Morning i was at absa denlyn Mamelodi crossing when I arrived the was a consultant who asked if she can help her name is Mantaba Monageng she then reffered me to josiahs Masango who was chatting with one of his colleagues and he was even asking me who sent me to him , refused to help me with stamp on my exemption forms as my mother opened an account for me while I was still at school using her surname now m using my fathers surname so he said he can't help me unless I bring my previous id which I dont have and I need that stamp to submit the forms m very much disappointed
