Disappointed by the service

11:30 been at absa maponya mall. I was here to just ask them to fill details for my uif form which takes them only a minute I believe and they took me from pillar to post. To begin with, there's only one active teller. This is the second time maponya mall is failing to render their services to me..it was the card issue, unecessary deduction for an issuing of a new card which couldn't even do online transactions. Was told it will be refunded till date nothing. Absa maponya mall ,I wouldn't recommend it
