Disappointed

I app**** for a loan last year in December the 19th, ant my nearest branch and they said I must do it online. Did just that and on the 16th of January this year they called me to assure me that they received my application and they need me send them some documents , of which my accountant assisted me with. On the 22nd they said it's pending I should wait as they told that I qualify for a certain amount i must for 24 hours...and on the 24th as well they got back to me telling me that it's still on pending. Only to find out yesterday the 15th of February when I got there myself to find out how the process is going, they said I can't get it because I have a lot of credits...how come because they are up to date. So they are declining my application just because of that. Then why did they pro-long the application knowing very well that I do not qualify.
