Disappointed at Vehicle Finance

There seems to be a technical error between sending a proof of payment to Absa Vehicle Finance and the call centre agents.

I got a call today and I was told that I am behind payments - while I sent emails to Absa on *** and they rep**** to the email accepting the proof of payment. All of a sudden today the payments do not exist.

It is such a pain being financed by such a bank that doesn't completely resolve these.
