Disappointed at ABSA service!!

I have sent a cession to ABSA to request a Noting Letter, to date, i have not received response. I have called and the consultants keep hanging up on me. When i opened the Life insurance , they didnt hustle to get a hold me, however when I call them , its frustrating. What should I have to do to get a hold of your assistance?
