Disappointed at absa bank
I settled my Absa credit card back in February 2022 and its now been about 7 months and Absa has not sent me a paid up letter. The record still appears on my credit report. Funny I still get messages requesting payments, its so bad. Funny they still call to offer me credit even.
I have sent emails to the Card OBS <***> on numerous instances and joy has been hard to come by. I am deeply disappointed at Absa bank and the standard of the service they offer.

I really have no idea how to have this cleared off my record.
Please assist, can we not involve your legal department?
