Disappointed and dissatisfied with absa vehicle finance

I am very disappointed with absa vehicle finance, my vehicle was written off in Feb 2020 and paid out by insurance, had a shortfall of R14 000 then i got the choice to continue my term with payment of R500 But they just chose 5months payment of R2800 , and no help no way getting to finance department, called numerous times and the same story they will call ke to rectify, now this is affecting my credit, i am very disappointed and would never ever finance with absa again.... they have no customer service whatsoever, and i will make sure non of my client use them aswell, as i am in the motor industry myself
