Disappointed and angry

I app**** for a credit card a month ago. I have still not received the card! <br> I was approved and accepted the quote 3 weeks ago. I was told after repeatedly sending through the same docs that it has not yet been FICA yet last week I was told the card went in for printing. What the hell is going on?<br> It does not take so long for this service. <br> <br> I expect my application to b finalized and card sent to me by this Friday. <br> <br> I needed the card to pay urgently for my studies. <br> <br> The service was terrible and no one there knows what is going on.<br> <br> It's disgusting that such a reputable company can offer such service.
