Disappointed Again

I am terribly disappointed at the service I've received. I submitted paperwork for a cash settlement on claim *** on the 14th January 2022 and still nothing has been done, settlement is supposed to happen in 24 ~ 48 hrs it's now over a week and settlement has still not been paid out. I've sent messages on FB and they are being ignored, absolutely horrific service
