Disappointed about the service

I have been sending email requesting as per the query that i logged with the company and as per the requested my credit report i sent it and resent again but i haven't receive any feedback .Case number ***5 May i please get a feedback because the report was sent as per the request .The service is very poor if i had to keep on sending the same email over and over.I am trying to do right by my accounts but you are making things difficult for me to do so .
