Disappointed
I arranged for EFT instead of a debit order due to martenity leave. I paid but mistakenlyput an incorrect reference number. I've sent my proof of payment numerous times to collection agents and the admin department but till today the funds have not been allocated to my account. I've followed up yet still no resolution to my issue. THIS REFLECTS NEGATIVELY ON MY ACCOUNT AND MESSED UP MY CREDIT SCORE WHICH I WORKED SO HARD TO KEEP ON TRACK. Thus is not my first bad encounter with ABSA I even moved my account to FNB. Their service is so disappointing 😞

If you can kindly assist me with voice recordings for my call with Louis Nel and on the 4th and the recording of me and Lovedelia Goci on the 12th of March I'd appreciate it.
I've posted my level of disappointment in your company's service on Hello Peter, you guys must enjoy ruining people's credit records well I'm not going take this lying down.
I have mail trails from the day I paid my account and I realized the error then I sent my proof of payment to Byron Jansen, then Loius Nel and then Lovedelia Goci who promised to get back to me but never did.
Up until I received a call from another guy yesterday who apologized and followed up on my query.
You think a reference number is going to calm me down and keep me quiet after several attempts to get this resolved?
- Louis Nel told me he will make sure it's sorted out and I need not to go to the branch.
- Byron never bothered to respond to my mail.
- Lovedelia Goci told she will await my email and respond she never did, up until I wrote to her to follow up. She referred me to Avafops(admin) her response was rude with no greeting or even regards at the end even when I told her I got no response from them she did not give me my reference number till yesterday.
DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE A REFERENCE NUMBER MAKES A DIFFERENCE CURRENTLY?

If it takes me to teach you company to value your client's interests and finances I gladly will. This is unacceptable behavior a whole month to allocate funds really???
