Disappointed

Once again Absa proved why they are no longer the best bank to deal with.

I'm currently on Maternity and before then I had to call Absa numerous of times for assistance with my personal loan. Long story short... Finally got them to decrease the amount but the amount I agreed and the amount they deducted does not corresponde. They even deducted money out of my account twice for the loan. When I call on Monday I was told I would get a call back the same day yet still no response.

I will be changing my bank because this is how loyal customers are treated.
