Disappointed
<p>A while ago I called absa for a qoute on my car insurance. They financed my car and I have always been happy with them so when I learnt that they also do car insurance, I was very keen. I got a qoute for R690 and then I receive an email saying I would pay R900, I have called and called each time getting told that someone would call me back and two weeks later no one has called. I'm so disappointed. Especially because I had already cancelled my other insurance.</p>

I was amazed at the fact that the first thing she said was - We appologise, this was an error on our side but I will sort it out for you - and she did )unlike the other 10 peopl I had spoken to). Thank you so much Sibongile, Absa is lucky to have people like you that are able to restore our trust in their brand - big kudos to you sisi.
